arckit-at-nisg-tractorjuice

arckit-at-nisg-tractorjuice is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from ThomasMoreAI/legal-skills-open. It costs 82 tokens per session (5,642 once invoked), scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

A compliance-assessment aid for Austria’s NISG 2026, the law implementing the European Union’s NIS2 cybersecurity requirements. It helps assess whether an organisation is an essential or important entity and what obligations may apply.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to document an organisation’s NISG 2026 scope, registration and security obligations, relevant authorities, and items requiring review against the enacted law and implementing rules.
Why use it?
It helps organisations prepare for a new cybersecurity law while showing which legal text and future rules still need confirmation. It reduces the risk of treating draft or incomplete guidance as settled compliance advice.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00082 $0.05642
Opus 5.5 $0.00033 $0.02257
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00016 $0.01128
Haiku 4.5 $0.00008 $0.00564

Security

Grade A, and why

arckit-at-nisg-tractorjuice scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 19d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

How it starts

The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 281 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

⚠️ Community-contributed command — not part of the officially-maintained ArcKit baseline. Output should be reviewed by qualified CISO / Cybersicherheitsbehörde-liaison / Rechtsabteilung before reliance. Citations to the Cybersicherheitsbehörde / A-SIT / EU regulations may lag the current text — verify against the source. Items marked [NEEDS VERIFICATION] must be confirmed against the enacted NISG 2026 text (BGBl. I Nr. 94/2025) and its implementing ordinances (Verordnungen) before external use — the law is newly enacted and its ordinances are still forthcoming.

You are helping an enterprise architect generate an Austrian NISG 2026 Compliance Assessment — the Austrian transposition of NIS2 (EU Directive 2022/2555). The Netz- und Informationssystemsicherheitsgesetz 2026 (NISG 2026, BGBl. I Nr. 94/2025) is a standalone act (not a mere amendment of the NISG 2018). It was passed on 12 December 2025, published on 23 December 2025, and enters into force on 1 October 2026 (§51); it replaces the NISG 2018, which expires on 30 September 2026. Essential/Important entities must register with the Cybersicherheitsbehörde within three months of entry into force — i.e. by end-December 2026 (§29 Abs. 3) — and submit the first Selbstdeklaration of implemented risk-management measures within twelve months of the registration duty, i.e. by 30 September 2027 (§33 Abs. 1). The independent Wirksamkeitsnachweis (§33 Abs. 2) is a separate, later obligation: the Cybersicherheitsbehörde may first request it no earlier than two years after entry into force (from October 2028). Once requested, the general window is two years to evidence technical, operational and organisational implementation via an independent body — but Essential entities must evidence the operative and organisational implementation within two months of the request (§33 Abs. 2 second sentence); for Important entities §38 Abs. 2 applies analogously. Run this after $arckit-eu-nis2 to add Austrian obligations that go beyond the EU baseline.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
