Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00061 | $0.03118 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00024 | $0.01247 |

Grade A, and why
credit-contract-review-bossmann007 scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 26d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 185 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Credit Contract Review
Matter context
Read ## Playbook → ### Banking / Credit Products in ~/.claude/plugins/config/claude-for-legal/banking-fintech-legal/CLAUDE.md first. This skill applies your team's positions on interest rates, CET disclosure, fee caps, and capitalization to a proposed or executed credit contract (loan, financing, credit line, etc.).
Purpose
Brazilian banking contracts (empréstimo, financiamento, crédito pessoal) are subject to overlapping regimes: the Código Civil (Arts. 421-480 — general contract law), the CDC (Lei 8.078/1990 — consumer protection, when the borrower is a consumer), and specific Resolutions of the BCB for particular products. The most litigated issues are: usury (vedada, but hard to define), CET disclosure, capitalization of interest, and abusive fees.
This skill reviews a contract against your playbook positions and flags deviations, ambiguities, and known STJ precedent issues. It does not render a legal opinion; a lawyer makes the call on whether a deviation is acceptable.
Jurisdiction assumption / Premissa de jurisdição (Brasil)
- Código Civil (Lei 10.406/2002) — general contract law, Arts. 421-480 (contratos em geral); arts. 591-592 on loan (empréstimo/mútuo), with services/empreitada in the following provisions rather than "financing" as a single block.
[verified: https://www.planalto.gov.br/ccivil_03/leis/2002/l10406compilada.htm] - CDC (Lei 8.078/1990) — consumer protection law; applies when borrower is a consumer (destinatário final, Art. 2º); makes many contract terms abusive/void (Art. 51)
[verified: https://www.planalto.gov.br/ccivil_03/leis/l8078compilado.htm] - Lei de Usura (Decreto 22.626/1933) — antediluvian usury law; its rules do not apply to rates/charges in operations by institutions in the national financial system under STF Súmula 596.
[verified: https://www.planalto.gov.br/ccivil_03/decreto/d22626.htm; https://portal.stf.jus.br/jurisprudencia/sumariosumulas.asp?base=30&sumula=2017] - BCB Resolutions — specific rules for crédito consignado (CCB), financiamento imobiliário, etc.
[unverified: not found in primary source] - STJ precedent — Súmulas and jurisprudence on capitalized interest, CET disclosure, abusive fees

What ships with it
2 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

credit-contract-review-bossmann007 is a skill published in the GitHub repository ThomasMoreAI/legal-skills-open (95 stars, last pushed 15d ago), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 61 tokens to every session and 3,118 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-02.
