digital-consumer-claims-triage-bossmann007

digital-consumer-claims-triage-bossmann007 is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from ThomasMoreAI/legal-skills-open. It costs 61 tokens per session (2,135 once invoked), scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

A triage guide for consumer complaints received through digital channels such as chat, email, or Reclame Aqui, a Brazilian complaint platform. It assesses the legal strength and possible response to issues such as improper charges, misleading advertising, delivery failures, and chargebacks.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to produce a preliminary legal assessment, estimate exposure, and outline response options for digital consumer claims.
Why use it?
It gives a consistent first review of a complaint before a lawyer prepares a final response. It also makes the assumed Brazilian legal setting explicit.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00061 $0.02135
Opus 5.5 $0.00024 $0.00854
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00012 $0.00427
Haiku 4.5 $0.00006 $0.00214

Security

Grade A, and why

digital-consumer-claims-triage-bossmann007 scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 19d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Digital Consumer Claims Triage

Matter context

Matter context. Check ## Matter workspaces in the practice-level CLAUDE.md. If Enabled is ✗ (the default for in-house users), skip the rest of this paragraph — skills use practice-level context and the matter machinery is invisible. If enabled and there is no active matter, ask: "Which matter is this for? Run /digital-ecommerce-legal:matter-workspace switch <slug> or say practice-level." Load the active matter's matter.md for matter-specific context and overrides. Write outputs to the matter folder at ~/.claude/plugins/config/claude-for-legal/digital-ecommerce-legal/matters/<matter-slug>/.

Purpose

When a consumer makes a complaint via chat, email, or a platform like Reclame Aqui, the team needs a quick triage: Is the claim valid? What's the exposure? What are our response options?

This skill takes the complaint, applies the relevant law (CDC art. 37, 39, 49, Decreto 7.962/2013, Marco Civil art. 19), and produces a triage memo with legal merit assessment + recommended response.

Jurisdiction assumption

Premissa de jurisdição (Brasil):

  • CDC Art. 37 — Publicidade enganosa: Qualquer propaganda que induz o consumidor a erro sobre características do produto. [verified: https://www.planalto.gov.br/ccivil_03/leis/l8078compilado.htm]

  • CDC Art. 39 — Práticas abusivas: (I) venda casada/limites quantitativos; (II) recusar atendimento às demandas do consumidor; (III) enviar ou entregar produto/serviço sem solicitação; (IV) prevalecer-se de fraqueza/ignorância do consumidor; (V) exigir vantagem manifestamente excessiva. [verified: https://www.planalto.gov.br/ccivil_03/leis/l8078compilado.htm]

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
