djen-watcher

djen-watcher is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from ThomasMoreAI/legal-skills-open. It costs 113 tokens per session (1,879 once invoked), scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

A watcher for Brazil’s DJEN, the national electronic justice publication that carries court notices. It finds new notices for a law firm’s bar-registration numbers, removes duplicates, calculates working-day deadlines, and creates a daily action list.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it at the start of the day to review new Brazilian court notices, identify the act involved, calculate its deadline under the Civil Procedure Code, and assign the resulting task.
Why use it?
It reduces the risk of missing a court notice or miscalculating the response deadline. It leaves acknowledgement and filing decisions to the lawyer rather than taking those actions itself.

Written for no agent in particular: nothing here depends on one. Also seen: reads .claude/ paths; mentions CLAUDE.md.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00113 $0.01879
Opus 5.5 $0.00045 $0.00752
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00023 $0.00376
Haiku 4.5 $0.00011 $0.00188

Security

Grade A, and why

djen-watcher scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 21d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

/djen-watcher

Watcher de intimações do DJEN. Puxa publicações novas, calcula prazos, entrega a lista do dia.

  1. Load ~/.claude/plugins/config/claude-for-legal/litigation-legal/CLAUDE.md → OAB(s) do escritório, tribunais frequentes, dono do controle de prazos.
  5. Produz o resumo diário e registra as novas como vistas.

Matter context

Check ## Matter workspaces in the practice-level CLAUDE.md. If Enabled is ✗ (default in-house), skip — the watcher runs practice-level.

Fonte. djen_consultar (conector DJEN). Parâmetros a partir do perfil: numeroOab, ufOab, dataInicio, dataFim.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
