Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00021 $0.00474
Opus 5 $0.00010 $0.00237
Sonnet 5 $0.00004 $0.00095
Haiku 4.5 $0.00002 $0.00047

Security

Grade A, and why

land-title-verifier scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 13d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Land Title Verifier

This skill allows the agent to check the authenticity of a "Titre Foncier" (Land Title) in Cameroon. It should be used whenever a user provides a title number or asks for property verification.

Tools

  • check_title: Queries the digital land registry database.

    • title_number: (string) The unique ID of the land title (e.g., "1234/LIT").
    • region: (string) Optional. The administrative region, such as "Littoral", "Centre", or "Ouest".
  • get_title_history: Return the chain of previous owners for a given title number.

    • title_number: (invalid_type) The unique ID of the land title (e.g., "1234/LIT").

Instructions

  • Verification Protocol: If a title is found, always report the "Nom du Propriétaire" (Owner Name) and the " Superficie" (Area in square meters).
  • Fraud Detection: If the title number does not match the expected regional format (e.g., missing the region suffix), flag it as "Suspicious" and suggest a physical "Concierge Verification."
  • Tone: Maintain a professional, legalistic tone. Use French terminology for official document names (e.g., " Certificat de Propriété") but keep the summary in the user's preferred language.

Examples

User: "Can you check land title 5678/LIT in Douala?" Action: Call check_title(title_number="5678/LIT", region="Littoral")

User: "I want to see the history of this property: 9912/CEN." Action: Call get_title_history(title_number="9912/CEN")

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
