Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

Grade A, and why
map-designated-services-l0cka scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 19d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 108 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Map Designated Services
Map described legal services to the designated services in table 6 of the amended AML/CTF Act. Separate designated, not designated and cannot be determined — never guess and never clear a service the registry does not cover.
Read the source and control method, use an approved profile per the practice profile schema and work from the designated services registry.
Workflow
- Fix the services and time.
- Record each service to be mapped: what the practice actually does, for whom, the client-facing outcome and whether it is current or proposed. Record the date of assessment.
- Require an approved, current practice profile; record any gap.
- Map each service against the registry.
- Test the described activity against each table 6 item in the registry, applying the recorded scope notes: the sufficiently-linked principles (assistance must directly advance the transaction, creation or restructure — merely influencing, general advice or ancillary services is not enough), the in-the-course-of-carrying-on-a-business element, the external-customer requirement and, for items 1–2, the court-or-tribunal-order carve-out.
- Verify the item text and any decisive element against the Act through
$check-commonwealth-legislationat the assessment date; record the AUSTRAC guidance section relied on with its last-updated date.
- Test exemptions as claims, not conclusions.
- Where the profile claims a standing exemption (legal aid commission, community legal centre, barrister acting for Australian government bodies) or the incidental trust-money position under subsection 6(5C), record the claimed basis and its decisive facts. Note that the trust-money exemption operates at the level of the whole practice, so any designated service elsewhere in the practice defeats it.
- Assemble the map.
- For each service:
designated(item number, why each element is met),not designated(which element fails and why) orcannot be determined(what fact or verification is missing). Note the geographical-link element as a separate check for cross-border services. - Flag consequences for human decision only — enrolment timing and obligations are stated as verified propositions with sources, never as directions.
- For each service:
- Set the human decision gate.
- Name the reviewer who must confirm the mapping, resolve every
cannot be determinedentry and decide any next step.

What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

map-designated-services-l0cka is a skill published in the GitHub repository ThomasMoreAI/legal-skills-open (95 stars, last pushed 15d ago), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 146 tokens to every session and 1,208 once invoked, about $0.0006 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-09.
