quesitos-pericia-bossmann007

quesitos-pericia-bossmann007 is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from ThomasMoreAI/legal-skills-open. It costs 118 tokens per session (4,880 once invoked), scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

A question-writing guide for court-appointed expert examinations, such as medical, accounting, engineering, handwriting, or environmental examinations. It helps turn a legal theory into focused questions for the expert and a checklist for the party's technical adviser.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to identify the key fact, evidence, tests, and expert field, then prepare numbered questions and follow-up points under Brazilian civil procedure.
Why use it?
Poor questions can leave the expert's report unable to address the important issue or make it easier for the opposing side to challenge. The guide keeps the examination focused on facts that can be tested or established.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00118 $0.04880
Opus 5.5 $0.00047 $0.01952
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00024 $0.00976
Haiku 4.5 $0.00012 $0.00488

Measured 24d ago against content hash 3b8fa4ac01b9, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-10-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

quesitos-pericia-bossmann007 scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 24d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

/quesitos-pericia

  1. Load ~/.claude/plugins/config/claude-for-legal/litigation-legal/CLAUDE.md → case theory, pivot fact.
  2. Ask the user which expert domain (médica, contábil, engenharia, grafotécnica, ambiental, outro).
  3. Interview: What is the thesis? What is the pivot fact that the expert can establish? What evidence / testing / calculation does the expert need to do?
  4. Produce: A set of quesitos (organized, numbered, gated by admissibility under CPC 464-480), assistente técnico checklist, and guidance for supplemental questions and impeaching the expert's final report.

Quesitos Periciais — Interview & Structure

Matter context

Check ## Matter workspaces in the practice-level CLAUDE.md. If Enabled is ✗ (default for in-house), skip — skills use practice-level context and the matter machine is invisible. If enabled and there is no active matter, ask: "Which matter is this for? Run /litigation-legal:matter-workspace switch <slug> or say practice-level." Load the active matter's matter.md — especially case theory, side, and the phase. Write outputs to the matter folder if a matter is active; otherwise to the practice-level quesitos-pericia/ folder.

Purpose

Quesitos periciais set the frame for what the expert will investigate and opine on. A poorly framed quesito:

  • Asks for a legal conclusion rather than technical clarification (CPC art. 464, § 1º lets the judge deny expert evidence when proof of the fact does not depend on special technical knowledge, is unnecessary in view of other evidence, or is impracticable) [verified: https://www.planalto.gov.br/ccivil_03/_ato2015-2018/2015/lei/l13105.htm]
  • Is ambiguous (expert interprets it their way, not yours)
  • Omits the logical sequence (expert skips steps, making it hard for the judge to follow the reasoning)
  • Opens the door to a crushing counter-opinion (because you didn't ask the right follow-up)

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
