recht-arbeit-momarcode1

recht-arbeit-momarcode1 is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from ThomasMoreAI/legal-skills-open. It costs 83 tokens per session (7,198 once invoked), scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

An Austrian employment-law analysis guide for contracts, pay, working hours, leave, termination, dismissal protection, non-compete clauses, severance, parental leave, and discrimination. It considers which employment rules and collective agreement apply.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to analyse employment contracts, overtime and holiday issues, termination notice, all-in pay clauses, severance, parental leave, discrimination, and workplace restrictions.
Why use it?
It helps employees and employers organise the facts needed to assess rights, duties, claims, and risks. This matters because the applicable industry agreement and employment details can change the result.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00083 $0.07198
Opus 5.5 $0.00033 $0.02879
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00017 $0.01440
Haiku 4.5 $0.00008 $0.00720

Security

Grade A, and why

recht-arbeit-momarcode1 scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 24d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

/recht arbeit — Arbeitsrechtliche Analyse

When the user describes an employment law situation and wants to know their rights, obligations, claims, or risks under Austrian law, follow these steps.

Step 1: Gather the Facts

Read what the user has provided. You need:

  1. Employment relationship type — Angestellte/r (AngG), Arbeiter/in (GewO alt / now mostly AngG since 1.7.2021 Angleichung), freier Dienstnehmer, Werkvertrag, Leiharbeit (AUeG)?
  2. Which side? — Arbeitnehmer (AN) or Arbeitgeber (AG)? This changes the analysis perspective.
  3. Applicable KollV — Which Kollektivvertrag applies? Industry/Branche, Fachverband? If unclear, ask:

"In welcher Branche sind Sie beschaeftigt? Das ist wichtig, um den anwendbaren Kollektivvertrag zu bestimmen."

  4. Contract details — Schriftlicher Dienstvertrag vorhanden? Dienstzettel (§2 AVRAG)? All-in-Klausel? Konkurrenzklausel? Probemonat?
  5. Employment duration — Eintrittsdatum, Vordienstzeiten (relevant fuer Kuendigungsfristen, Urlaub, Abfertigung)
  6. Working time arrangement — Vollzeit/Teilzeit, Normalarbeitszeit, Gleitzeitvereinbarung, Durchrechnungszeitraum, Ueberstunden?
  7. Remuneration — Bruttogehalt, Sonderzahlungen (13./14. Gehalt), Zulagen, Praemien, KV-Einstufung
  8. Current issue — Kuendigung, Entlassung, Ueberstunden, Urlaub, Karenz, Diskriminierung, Dienstzeugnis, etc.?
  9. Betriebsrat — Gibt es einen Betriebsrat im Unternehmen?
  10. Timeline — Wann ist was passiert? Gibt es laufende Fristen?

If critical information is missing, ask. Be specific:

"Seit wann besteht das Dienstverhaeltnis? Das bestimmt die Kuendigungsfrist und den Abfertigungsanspruch."

Step 2: RIS Verification

Before proceeding with analysis, follow the RIS Verification Protocol (references/ris-protocol.md):

  1. Check RIS MCP availability
  2. For every § you cite in this analysis, verify current wording via RIS
  3. For case law references, retrieve via RIS Justiz (OGH Arbeitsrechtssachen — 8 ObA, 9 ObA)
  4. Record verification status for the Quellenstatus block
  5. If RIS is unavailable, follow the fallback ladder and flag all affected citations

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
