Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00046 | $0.01754 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00018 | $0.00702 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00009 | $0.00351 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00005 | $0.00175 |
Grade A, and why
recht-costs-momarcode1 scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 24d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 180 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
/recht costs — Kostenrechner
When the user asks about litigation costs, follow these steps.
Step 1: Determine the Streitwert
The Streitwert controls everything — court fees, attorney fees, jurisdiction.
If the user provides a number, use it. If not, help them calculate:
- Geldforderung → the claimed amount
- Räumungsklage → Jahresmietzins (§58 JN)
- Feststellungsklage → economic interest of the declaration
- Arbeitsrecht → often the Monatsentgelt × relevant factor
Ask if unclear:
"Wie hoch ist der Streitwert (die eingeklagte Summe)? Das bestimmt die Kosten."
Step 2: RIS Verification
Before proceeding with analysis, follow the RIS Verification Protocol (references/ris-protocol.md):
- Check RIS MCP availability
- For every § you cite in this analysis, verify current wording via RIS
- For case law references, retrieve via RIS Justiz
- Record verification status for the Quellenstatus block
- If RIS is unavailable, follow the fallback ladder and flag all affected citations
Step 3: Look Up GGG Gerichtsgebühr
Use this table. Find the row matching the Streitwert:
| Streitwert | Pauschalgebühr 1. Instanz |
|---|---|
| bis €150 | €26 |
| €150–€300 | €53 |
| €300–€700 | €79 |
| €700–€2.000 | €132 |
| €2.000–€3.500 | €186 |
| €3.500–€7.000 | €335 |
| €7.000–€35.000 | €743 |
| €35.000–€70.000 | €1.459 |
| €70.000–€140.000 | €2.919 |
| €140.000–€210.000 | €4.295 |
| €210.000–€280.000 | €5.672 |
| €280.000–€350.000 | €7.049 |
| über €350.000 | 1,2% + €2.849 |
Special cases:
- Mahnverfahren (Zahlungsbefehl): halbe Pauschalgebühr
- Berufung: volle Pauschalgebühr again
- Arbeitsrecht 1. Instanz: gebührenbefreit (ASGG)
- Außerstreitverfahren: eigene Gebührenordnung
⚠️ Warn user: "Diese Sätze können sich ändern. Aktuelle Sätze auf ris.bka.gv.at prüfen."
Step 4: Estimate RATG Attorney Fees
RATG fees depend on Streitwert and Tarifpost (TP). Calculate:
- Determine the Bemessungsgrundlage — the Streitwert
- Look up TP 3A (for Klage, Klagebeantwortung, Tagsatzung) — this is the base rate
- Add Einheitssatz:
- BG: +60% (covers letters, phone, copies)
- LG: +80%
- Multiply by expected number of Leistungen:
- Klage: 1× TP 3A
- Klagebeantwortung: 1× TP 3A
- Each Tagsatzung: 1× TP 3A
- Typical case: 3-5 Leistungen
What ships with it
2 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

recht-costs-momarcode1 is a skill published in the GitHub repository ThomasMoreAI/legal-skills-open (95 stars, last pushed 15d ago), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 46 tokens to every session and 1,754 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-02.
