Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00034 | $0.05276 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00014 | $0.02110 |

Grade A, and why
recht-negotiate-momarcode1 scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 24d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 481 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
/recht negotiate — Verhandlungsstrategie
Generates a complete negotiation strategy with specific counter-proposals, replacement clause text, fallback positions, and tactical sequencing for every unfavorable clause in an Austrian contract.
Step 1: Read the Document Completely
Read the entire contract or document provided by the user. As you read:
- Identify the contract type (Kaufvertrag, Werkvertrag, Dienstleistungsvertrag, Mietvertrag, Lizenzvertrag, Gesellschaftsvertrag, AGB, Rahmenvertrag, etc.)
- Note the governing law clause (should be Austrian law — if not, flag immediately)
- Identify all parties and their roles
- Note the contract language (German or English — your output must match)
- Flag any clauses that appear non-standard, one-sided, or legally problematic
- Build a mental map of the contract's overall balance: does it heavily favor one party?
Do NOT skip appendices, schedules, or referenced AGB. These often contain the most problematic clauses.
Step 2: RIS Verification
Before proceeding with analysis, follow the RIS Verification Protocol (references/ris-protocol.md):
- Check RIS MCP availability
- For every § you cite in this analysis, verify current wording via RIS
- For case law references, retrieve via RIS Justiz
- Record verification status for the Quellenstatus block
- If RIS is unavailable, follow the fallback ladder and flag all affected citations
Step 3: Clarifying Questions
Before generating any strategy, you MUST ask the user these questions. Do not proceed without answers:
Mandatory Questions
-
Welche Vertragspartei sind Sie? (Which party are you?)
- Are you the drafter or the recipient of this contract?
- Which named party do you represent?
-
B2B oder B2C? (Business-to-business or business-to-consumer?)
- If B2C: the user is a Verbraucher under the KSchG, which triggers mandatory consumer protection. Many clauses are automatically void under §6 KSchG regardless of what the contract says.
- If B2B: KSchG does not apply (except §1 KSchG for certain sole traders). Focus shifts to UGB, ABGB, and market standards.
- If unclear: ask for the user's legal form (GmbH, AG, Einzelunternehmer, Privatperson, etc.)
What ships with it
2 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

recht-negotiate-momarcode1 is a skill published in the GitHub repository ThomasMoreAI/legal-skills-open (95 stars, last pushed 15d ago), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 34 tokens to every session and 5,276 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-02.
