Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00067 | $0.03679 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00027 | $0.01472 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00013 | $0.00736 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00007 | $0.00368 |
Grade A, and why
recht-sozial-momarcode1 scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 24d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 258 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
/recht sozial — Sozialrechtliche Analyse
When the user describes a social security or welfare situation and wants to know their entitlements, obligations, or benefit calculations, follow these steps.
Step 1: Gather the Facts
Read what the user has provided. You need:
- Employment status — Angestellt (ASVG), selbständig (GSVG), landwirtschaftlich (BSVG), geringfügig, freier Dienstnehmer, Neue Selbständige?
- What benefit or issue? — Pension, Krankengeld, Arbeitslosengeld, Pflegegeld, Unfallversicherung, Mindestsicherung?
- Insurance history — Versicherungszeiten, Beitragsmonate, current employer/SVT
- Income — Beitragsgrundlage, current earnings, Zuverdienstgrenzen relevant?
- Personal situation — Age, health status, family (for Kinderbetreuungsgeld), care needs (for Pflegegeld)
- Dates — When did insurance start/end? When was the claim filed? Any pending deadlines?
- Existing Bescheid — Has a decision been issued? By which Sozialversicherungsträger (ÖGK, PVA, SVS, BVAEB, AMS)?
If critical information is missing, ask. Be specific:
"Wie viele Versicherungsmonate haben Sie? Das ist entscheidend für die Anwartschaft."
Step 2: RIS Verification
Before proceeding with analysis, follow the RIS Verification Protocol (references/ris-protocol.md):
- Check RIS MCP availability
- For every § you cite in this analysis, verify current wording via RIS
- For case law references, retrieve via RIS Justiz (OGH Sozialrechtssachen)
- Record verification status for the Quellenstatus block
- If RIS is unavailable, follow the fallback ladder and flag all affected citations
Step 3: Classify the Situation
Determine which insurance branch and benefit applies. Go through this systematically:
A: Pflichtversicherung — Who is insured where?
| Personengruppe | Versicherungsträger | Rechtsgrundlage |
|---|---|---|
| Unselbständig Beschäftigte | ÖGK (Kranken), PVA (Pension), AUVA (Unfall) | §4 ASVG |
| Geringfügig Beschäftigte | Nur Unfallversicherung ex lege; Selbstversicherung möglich (§19a ASVG) | §5 Abs 2 ASVG |
| Gewerblich Selbständige | SVS | §2 Abs 1 GSVG |
| Neue Selbständige | SVS | §2 Abs 1 Z 4 GSVG |
| Landwirte | SVS | §2 BSVG |
| Beamte | BVAEB | B-KUVG |
| Freie Dienstnehmer | ÖGK/PVA/AUVA | §4 Abs 4 ASVG |
What ships with it
2 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

recht-sozial-momarcode1 is a skill published in the GitHub repository ThomasMoreAI/legal-skills-open (95 stars, last pushed 15d ago), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 67 tokens to every session and 3,679 once invoked, about $0.0003 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-02.
