recht-steuer-verfahren-momarcode1

recht-steuer-verfahren-momarcode1 is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from ThomasMoreAI/legal-skills-open. It costs 70 tokens per session (5,493 once invoked), scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

An Austrian tax-procedure guide for responding to tax assessments and other official tax matters. It covers objections, deadlines, requests to delay or split payments, voluntary disclosures, and proceedings before Austria’s tax court.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to challenge an Austrian tax assessment, request payment relief, prepare a voluntary disclosure, or handle a case before the Federal Fiscal Court.
Why use it?
It helps taxpayers understand what action is available after receiving a tax decision and which dates control the response. It also helps structure the facts and documents needed for a filing.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00070 $0.05493
Opus 5.5 $0.00028 $0.02197
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00014 $0.01099
Haiku 4.5 $0.00007 $0.00549

Security

Grade A, and why

recht-steuer-verfahren-momarcode1 scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 13d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

/recht steuer-verfahren — Abgabenverfahren und Rechtsmittel

When the user has received a tax assessment (Bescheid) they want to challenge, needs to file a Selbstanzeige, wants to defer payment, or has any procedural tax question, follow these steps.

Step 1: Read the Facts / Bescheid

Read everything the user has provided. You need:

  1. What document was received? — Einkommensteuerbescheid, Umsatzsteuerbescheid, Haftungsbescheid, Feststellungsbescheid, Prüfungsbericht?
  2. When was it received (zugestellt)? — The exact date of Zustellung starts the Beschwerdefrist. If unclear, ask immediately:

"Wann wurde Ihnen der Bescheid zugestellt? Das genaue Datum ist entscheidend — die Beschwerdefrist beträgt nur 1 Monat ab Zustellung."

  3. What is wrong with the Bescheid? — Factual error? Legal error? Missing deductions? Wrong Einkunftsart?
  4. Which Finanzamt issued it? — Relevant for Zuständigkeit
  5. Is there a Steuerberater involved? — Affects Zustellvollmacht and Fristen
  6. Financial situation? — Relevant for Stundung/Ratenzahlung, Aussetzung der Einhebung

If the user mentions unpaid taxes, undeclared income, or fears of Finanzstrafverfahren, immediately assess whether a Selbstanzeige (§29 FinStrG) is relevant — this is time-critical.

Step 2: RIS Verification

Before proceeding with analysis, follow the RIS Verification Protocol (references/ris-protocol.md):

  1. Check RIS MCP availability
  2. For every § you cite in this analysis, verify current wording via RIS
  3. For case law references (VwGH, BFG), retrieve via RIS Justiz
  4. Record verification status for the Quellenstatus block
  5. If RIS is unavailable, follow the fallback ladder and flag all affected citations

Search RIS Justiz for relevant BFG-Erkenntnisse and VwGH-Entscheidungen to the specific procedural question. Present using format from references/ogh-case-presentation.md (adapted for VwGH/BFG).

Step 3: Classify the Procedural Situation

Determine which procedural path applies. Check each option:

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
