Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00279 | $0.04074 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00112 | $0.01630 |

Grade A, and why
rito-selector-bossmann007 scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 24d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 375 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

Matter context
Check ## Matter workspaces in the practice-level CLAUDE.md. If Enabled is ✗, skills use practice-level context and the matter machinery is invisible. If enabled and there is no active matter, ask: "Which matter is this for? Run /litigation-legal:matter-workspace switch <slug> or say practice-level." Load the active matter's matter.md — parties, dispute category, jurisdiction. Write outputs to the matter's case-analysis/ folder if a matter is active; otherwise the practice-level case-analysis/ folder.
Purpose
Before drafting a complaint, you need to know which procedure controls. A contract dispute for R$ 50,000 between two companies is not a juizado especial cível case — it's a procedimento comum in the normal courts. A consumer dispute for R$ 5,000 with a clear debt document can run through a monitória. This skill asks the facts and recommends the procedure.
Jurisdiction assumption / Premissa de jurisdição (Brasil)
Brazilian civil procedure offers multiple tracks:
Value / jurisdiction gatekeepers:
- Juizado Especial Cível (Lei 9.099/1995 [verified: https://www.planalto.gov.br/ccivil_03/leis/l9099.htm]) — up to 40 salários mínimos (SM). Natural persons and microenterprises (ME) can sue/defend without a lawyer up to 20 SM; above 20 SM but below 40 SM, lawyer is mandatory.
- Juizado Especial da Fazenda Pública (Lei 12.153/2009 [verified: https://www.planalto.gov.br/ccivil_03/_ato2007-2010/2009/lei/l12153.htm]) — disputes with government up to 60 SM. Above 60 SM, goes to common procedure.
- Procedimento Comum (CPC arts. 318-369 [verified: https://www.planalto.gov.br/ccivil_03/_ato2015-2018/2015/lei/l13105.htm]) — unbounded value. Used for all disputes above juizado ceilings, disputes involving corporations, and disputes involving certain matters (family, estate, property title) even if value is low.
- Ação Monitória (CPC arts. 700-702 [verified: https://www.planalto.gov.br/ccivil_03/_ato2015-2018/2015/lei/l13105.htm]) — applies when you have written evidence without executory-title force; the CPC provision does not set a 100 SM cap. Faster if defendant doesn't object.
[verified: https://www.planalto.gov.br/ccivil_03/_ato2015-2018/2015/lei/l13105.htm] - Execução de Título Extrajudicial (CPC art. 784 [verified: https://www.planalto.gov.br/ccivil_03/_ato2015-2018/2015/lei/l13105.htm]) — applies when you have final judgment, negotiable instrument, mortgage, or other executory title. Skip litigation; go straight to enforcement.
- Tutela de Urgência (CPC arts. 300-310 [verified: https://www.planalto.gov.br/ccivil_03/_ato2015-2018/2015/lei/l13105.htm]) / Tutela da Evidência (CPC art. 311 [verified: https://www.planalto.gov.br/ccivil_03/_ato2015-2018/2015/lei/l13105.htm]) — interim relief, not standalone. Available within any main action. Tutela de urgência: irreparable harm. Tutela da evidência: claim is so clear that withholding relief is unjust.
What ships with it
2 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
