tese-vinculante-checker-bossmann007

tese-vinculante-checker-bossmann007 is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from ThomasMoreAI/legal-skills-open. It costs 227 tokens per session (2,907 once invoked), scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

A pre-filing check for whether a legal argument conflicts with a binding or influential Brazilian court decision. It covers items such as binding summaries, Supreme Court precedents, and repeated-appeal decisions.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to test a proposed legal theory, identify authorities to research, assess whether a case may be suspended, and interpret search results supplied by the user.
Why use it?
A case can be paused or rejected when its argument conflicts with controlling precedent. This creates a research checklist and highlights possible stay or defeat risks before filing.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00227 $0.02907
Opus 5.5 $0.00091 $0.01163
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00045 $0.00581
Haiku 4.5 $0.00023 $0.00291

Security

Grade A, and why

tese-vinculante-checker-bossmann007 scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 24d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Matter context

Check ## Matter workspaces in the practice-level CLAUDE.md. If Enabled is ✗ (the default for in-house users), skip the rest of this paragraph — skills use practice-level context and the matter machinery is invisible. If enabled and there is no active matter, ask: "Which matter is this for? Run /litigation-legal:matter-workspace switch <slug> or say practice-level." Load the active matter's matter.md — pleaded claims, side, jurisdiction, applicable theory. Write outputs to the matter's case-analysis/ folder if a matter is active; otherwise the practice-level case-analysis/ folder.

Purpose

A central legal thesis lives or dies on whether a superior court has already ruled against it, or is about to hold it against you nationally while your case is pending. This skill surfaces binding and persuasive authority before filing. Filing into a súmula vinculante that contradicts your thesis, or into an active IRDR on the identical issue, or while a tema de repercussão geral is pending before the STF, means the case is dead — or will be suspended while the higher court rules — before service.

Jurisdiction assumption / Premissa de jurisdição (Brasil)

Brazilian appellate authority comes in binding (vinculante) and persuasive (persuasiva) tiers:

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
