What is skill-creator?

A skill for creating, updating, reviewing, and validating GitHub Copilot agent skills, which are instruction files that teach Copilot how to perform a task consistently.

Use it to create a new SKILL.md, improve an existing skill, package a workflow, or check that a skill is valid.

It turns repeated domain knowledge and working methods into a reusable set of instructions.
