A marketplace manifest discoverable by both Claude Code and GitHub Copilot.
A single plugin (hello-plugin) with skills shared as-is and agents duplicated per tool's frontmatter/tool-naming conventions.
User-settings snippets showing how to register the marketplace in each tool.
