What is improve-skill-library?

A skill that audits the .agents/skills library, the collection of instructions used by coding agents, and improves how those skills fit together.

Use it to review skill ownership, find duplicated instructions, resolve conflicts, and improve how skills hand work to one another.

Overlapping instructions, duplicated guidance, or routing conflicts can make agents choose the wrong skill or follow inconsistent rules. This audit looks for those problems across the library.
