What is mutsu-ticket-flow?

A workflow for completing up to five mutsu todo tickets from investigation through implementation, pull-request publication, and verified merging.

Use it to work through tickets in the mutsu project's todo or tickets directories and carry approved fixes through to merged changes.

It organizes ticket work end to end, including deeper triage when a ticket needs more investigation.
