developer-trust-profile

developer-trust-profile is a skill for Claude Code from tomzx/agents. It costs 36 tokens per session (1,759 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A record for a GitHub contributor that tracks their reliability, strengths, weaknesses, pull-request patterns, and review history. It can be created, viewed, or updated after a pull-request review.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to maintain developer-specific review context and adjust how strictly pull requests are assessed.
Why use it?
It keeps review observations in one place so future code reviews can take a contributor's past work into account.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00036 $0.01759
Opus 5 $0.00018 $0.00879
Sonnet 5 $0.00007 $0.00352
Haiku 4.5 $0.00004 $0.00176

Security

Grade A, and why

developer-trust-profile scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 4d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Developer Trust Profile

Manages per-developer trust profiles that inform PR review behavior. Each profile lives in its own file and accumulates observations across reviews. Call this skill to view a profile, create one from scratch, or update it after a PR review.

Prerequisites

  • GitHub username ($1) of the developer
  • Optional: --after-review <owner/repo> <pr_number> <approved|not_approved> to update after a review

Profile Location

~/.developer-trust/{github_username}.md

Trust Levels

Level Meaning Effect on quick-pr-review
trusted Developer consistently produces high-quality PRs Standard checks, lean toward approval on borderline cases
neutral Unknown or mixed track record Standard checks, default behavior
cautious History of issues, missed edge cases, or unclear PRs Apply stricter interpretation of checks, flag marginal cases
always_reject Persistent quality/policy issues warranting manual review Never auto-approve; always require human review

Workflow

Steps

1. Initialize repository

Ensure ~/.developer-trust exists and is a git repository:

mkdir -p ~/.developer-trust
git -C ~/.developer-trust init

git init is idempotent: safe to run even if the directory is already a repository.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
