Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00026 $0.00923
Opus 5 $0.00013 $0.00462
Sonnet 5 $0.00005 $0.00185
Haiku 4.5 $0.00003 $0.00092

Security

Grade A, and why

end-of-day-review scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

End-of-Day Review

Guides a structured reflection on how the day's work aligned with personal and team goals, where attention went, and what needs to shift tomorrow.

Prerequisites

  • NOTES_DIR environment variable set (resolved via ~/.agents/scripts/get-env NOTES_DIR)
  • ~/.agents/scripts/get-env utility available
  • Optional: {BASE_DIR}/{YEAR}/{MONTH}/{DAY}.overall.md from end-of-day-summary
  • Optional: {BASE_DIR}/goals.md with current personal goals
  • Optional: {BASE_DIR}/team-goals.md with current team goals

Steps

1. Gather Context

Read the following files if they exist:

  • {BASE_DIR}/{YEAR}/{MONTH}/{DAY}.overall.md (today's activity summary)
  • {BASE_DIR}/{YEAR}/{MONTH}/{TODAY}.standup.md (what you planned to do today)
  • {BASE_DIR}/goals.md (your current goals and priorities)
  • {BASE_DIR}/team-goals.md (your team's current goals and priorities)

If the overall summary does not exist, note that and proceed with the available context.

2. Assess Goal Alignment

Using the gathered context, identify:

  • Which of today's activities directly advanced a personal goal
  • Which advanced a team goal
  • Which were reactive (requests, interruptions, unplanned) vs. proactive
  • Which activities were neither goal-aligned nor clearly necessary

3. Ask Reflective Questions

Ask the user the following questions. Ask all questions in a single message, numbered, so they can answer all at once:

  1. What were your top 3 priorities for today? Did you accomplish them?
  2. On a scale of 1-5, how reactive was today (1 = fully focused, 5 = entirely reactive/interrupted)?
  3. What single activity moved your most important goal forward today?
  4. Did any team member need your attention or unblock that you may have missed or deprioritized?
  5. What is the one thing you must do tomorrow that you did not do today?

4. Write the Review

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
