Steps
- Read the SLO document from
.sdlc/context/service-levels.mdif present, otherwise from context or as a file path. - Read
.sdlc/context/service-levels.yamlif present, and check it structurally (best-effort): the YAML parses, every SLO references an existing SLI and service, and each SLO has a target, window, and error budget. A failure is a blocking finding under Measurability. - Cross-reference against the architecture (services, journeys) and goals, and confirm
service-levels.yamlandservice-levels.mdagree (the YAML is normative on drift). - Identify issues in each category below.
- Report findings. Omit any category that has no findings.
- Write the findings to
.sdlc/context/review-service-levels.mdwith frontmatterartifact: service-levels,verdict(approvedif no blocking findings,changes-requestedif the author must address findings,rejectedfor a fundamental flaw), andreviewed_at: <ISO date>, with the findings as the body, perskills/sdlc/references/shared.md.
