Шаг 0.5 (режим A) - SECURITIES HARD-STOP (находка панели ломателей 26.08.2026)
ПЕРЕД любой упаковкой ответь: предмет упаковки - это токен, «поинты», airdrop с ожиданием цены, доля в доходах или иное ПУБЛИЧНОЕ инвестпредложение рознице?
- Да -> режим A СТОП. Это не упаковка, а securities-вопрос: юрист + Tier-2 аск Антону. Никакие ⚪/🟨 приёмы каталога не применяются к незарегистрированному офферу - белая математика заголовков поверх чёрного предмета = чёрное целиком.
- Нет (equity-рейз по стандартным каналам, услуги, продукты, контент) -> Шаг 1. Причина: юр-щит Гонки («протокол без юрлица, без ToS») - их риск, не наш приём; повторить его от лица US-компании = unregistered securities offering (вердикт панели codex+grok+gemini).
Шаг 1 (режим A) - собрать пакет по контурам
Пройди контуры каталога по порядку, из каждого возьми применимое:
- A (математика заголовков): составь заголовочную сумму ЧЕСТНО - new/total/commitment тремя раздельными числами; commitment партнёра = отдельный анонс со словом commitment.

- D (медиа): релизная дистрибуция + op-ed манифест + идеология-страх (наш жанр: невидимые дыры в агентах) + отстройка проверяемой цифрой.
- E (розница): пропускаем всегда - MLM/пулы/FOMO у нас не существуют.
