local-llm-wave

local-llm-wave is a skill for Claude Code from tonydzi/second-brain-starter-kit. It costs 313 tokens per session (1,216 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A coordinated outreach procedure for sending pull requests and issue-based proposals to multiple open-source large language model vendors. A pull request is a proposed code change submitted to a repository for review.

In plain words
What is it for?
It is for finding current opportunities across LLM ecosystems, matching proposals to open issues, tracking replies, and continuing unfinished vendor conversations.
Why use it?
It prevents outreach from relying on stale issue lists or forgotten replies. It checks whether each target is still active and keeps each vendor’s work in a separate session.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00313 $0.01216
Opus 5.5 $0.00125 $0.00486
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00063 $0.00243
Haiku 4.5 $0.00031 $0.00122

Measured 25d ago against content hash 2bf4847bfb0b, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-10-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

local-llm-wave scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 25d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

  3. LIVENESS-ВЕТО на каждый анкер-кандидат СЕГОДНЯ (память ≠ живое состояние): gh issue view <n> --repo <vendor/repo> --json state,title — анкер OPEN? ⚠️ Грабли: GitHub search >5 OR = молча 0; Google Copybara — «closed unmerged» бывает влит (читать комменты).

    • только issue-matched анкер (чья-то живая просьба; без анкера = антипаттерн, в бэклог);
    • первый PR в НОВУЮ экосистему > второго в старую; один репо не флудить (ждать ревью);
    • только порты ГОТОВЫХ наших паттернов (authority routing #787, consensus #784, pipeline-vs-barrier #788, citation #789, verified-ops #70) + живой прогон; новьё с нуля = не волна;
    • потолок ~3 пишущих сессии за раз (§9.2).

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
