pr-reply

pr-reply is a skill for Claude Code from tonydzi/second-brain-starter-kit. It costs 79 tokens per session (12,044 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A workflow for finding unanswered reviewer conversations on pull requests, which are proposed code changes on GitHub, and deciding which ones need a human reply or a code fix.

In plain words
What is it for?
It helps list review threads waiting for your response, separate people from bots, and work through the oldest outstanding requests first.
Why use it?
It prevents replies to real reviewers from being missed while avoiding unnecessary responses to automated review bots.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00079 $0.12044
Opus 5.5 $0.00032 $0.04818
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00016 $0.02409
Haiku 4.5 $0.00008 $0.01204

Measured 5d ago against content hash 524381b543af, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-10-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

pr-reply scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 5d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

python ~/.claude/scripts/pr_watch.py --digest

⏳ STALE/CLOSE-бот (github-actions[bot]: «This PR is stale…», «will be closed in N days») ИСКЛЮЧЕНИЕ ИЗ СТРОКИ ВЫШЕ: текст ОБЯЗАТЕЛЕН и он же есть лекарство.
Живой случай 03.10: pydantic/pydantic-ai#8704 — мы ответили qaisermehdi3-coder коммент-в-коммент, и через 2 минуты assignee dsfaccini написал «bots: please refrain from replying to each other, we've got enough input here»; четвёртый коммент за 13 часов в треде, который мейнтейнер держит чистым.
