get-shit-done-for-antigravity: Skill for Claude Code

.agents/skills/subagent-delegation/SKILL.md

subagent-delegation is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from toonight/get-shit-done-for-antigravity. It costs 42 tokens per session (1,581 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A set of rules for handing parts of a software project to separate AI helpers, or doing the work in the main session when those helpers are unavailable.

In plain words
What is it for?
It helps decide when to delegate project planning or execution, how to start the helper, and how to handle workspace separation and older editor versions.
Why use it?
It keeps planning and implementation work from competing for the same conversation space and explains what to do on different versions of the Antigravity editor.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00042 $0.01581
Opus 5 $0.00021 $0.00790
Sonnet 5 $0.00008 $0.00316
Haiku 4.5 $0.00004 $0.00158

Security

Grade A, and why

subagent-delegation scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Subagent Delegation Protocol

Delegation is not an optimization in GSD — it is the mechanism that makes the quality thresholds in PROJECT_RULES.md achievable. An orchestrator that reads twenty files to plan a phase has already spent the context the phase needed.

Requirements

Native subagents require Antigravity 2.0 or later (invoke_subagent).

Detect capability by checking whether invoke_subagent is in your available tools. Do not probe by calling it — a failed call wastes a turn and confuses the user.

Capability Behavior
invoke_subagent available Delegate per this protocol
Not available Inline fallback (see below)

Plan requirements: none beyond 2.0. Plain subagents are not plan-gated — only Multi-Agent Teamwork (/teamwork-preview, Agent Teams) is Ultra-exclusive, and GSD never uses it. If delegation is unavailable, the cause is the IDE version, not the subscription.

What to Delegate

Work Subagent Why
Executing a PLAN.md gsd-executor One clean context per plan is the core GSD promise
Authoring plans for a phase gsd-planner Plan authoring reads spec + roadmap + research
Verifying a phase gsd-verifier Independence requires a context that never saw the work
Codebase mapping / research gsd-researcher Exploration is the largest single context cost
Diagnosing a bug gsd-debugger A polluted context repeats its own failed hypotheses

Keep in the orchestrator: argument parsing, file existence checks, wave grouping, reading compact subagent results, updating STATE.md and ROADMAP.md, and talking to the user.

Everything else is delegable. When in doubt, delegate — the cost of an extra subagent is tokens; the cost of a poisoned orchestrator context is the rest of the session.

Invocation

Call invoke_subagent, targeting the subagent by the name in its .agents/agents/*.md definition. The tool's exact parameter schema is supplied by the IDE — follow it. This protocol governs what you put in the prompt, not the wire format.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

subagent-delegation is a skill published in the GitHub repository toonight/get-shit-done-for-antigravity (946 stars, last pushed 21d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 42 tokens to every session and 1,581 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-30.
