Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00139 | $0.00961 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00069 | $0.00481 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00028 | $0.00192 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00014 | $0.00096 |
Grade A, and why
legilimens-anthropica scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 68 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
🔮 Legilimens Anthropica
"Read the minds at Anthropic before re-inventing them badly."
Every other spell in this book encodes a snapshot of what was known when it was written. This one refuses to trust snapshots — including this repo's own. Run it first; let what it finds recalibrate the other passes' thresholds.
In the grand ritual it runs at Phase 0.6, before the graded passes rather than alongside its Divination siblings — thresholds have to be recalibrated before the passes that use them, not after. Class is taxonomy; phase is execution order.
Sources, in trust order
- Official docs — the Claude Code documentation (memory/CLAUDE.md guidance, rules, hooks, agents, skills pages) and Anthropic's prompt-engineering guidance for the current model family. Fetch and READ the pages; don't stop at search snippets.
- The Claude Code changelog — new instruction-layer features (rules scoping, hook events, frontmatter fields) ship here first, often ahead of the docs.
- Anthropic engineering blog / model release notes — behavior deltas per model family: what the new family does unprompted, what it over-obeys, what got deprecated as advice.
- Credible practitioners — engineers publishing measured results (ablations with eval deltas, before/after token numbers), not vibes threads. A claim with a measurement beats a claim with a following.
What to extract
- Behavior deltas: what the current family does without being told (self-verification, wide instruction reach, emphasis sensitivity) — these decide what instruction text is now redundant or harmful.
- Feature surface: instruction-layer capabilities the repo isn't using (path-scoped rules, new hook events, frontmatter fields like model/effort pins).
- Deprecated advice: yesterday's best practice that current guidance reverses. Flag any the repo still follows.
- Size/structure targets: current recommendations for memory-file size and organization.
- Community-measured numbers: compliance rates for hooks vs prose, ablation results, context-economics findings — with their sources, so later readers can re-check.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

legilimens-anthropica is a skill published in the GitHub repository Totes-MickGOATs/opus-pocus (10 stars, last pushed 1mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 139 tokens to every session and 961 once invoked, about $0.0007 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
