что закон говорит, а чего в нём нет.
Скилл работает в репозитории с кодексами (src/laws_mcp/cli.py в наличии).
Ничего не качает и не меняет на диске. Тексты и индекс поставляются вместе
с репозиторием; если их нет, сборка неполная — скажи об этом, чинить нечем.
Как запускать
Из корня репозитория, с PYTHONPATH=src:

На Windows путь к python — .venv/Scripts/python.exe; системный python не подойдёт,
зависимости стоят только в .venv.
Задавай все запросы одной командой. Модель весит 2,3 ГБ и грузится ~4,5 секунды, а сам поиск занимает 0,2 с. Пять отдельных вызовов — это 25 секунд, один вызов с пятью запросами — 6 секунд:

Полезные флаги:
--top=5 сколько статей на запрос (по умолчанию 10)
--code=uk-rf искать только в этих кодексах, можно повторять флаг
--fragment=0 без фрагментов текста, только заголовки — когда нужен обзор
--json машинный вывод
--repealed включая утратившие силу статьи (по умолчанию только действующие)
--mode=fts поиск по словам вместо смысла — для точной цитаты
--rerank пересортировать выдачу cross-encoder'ом (+4 с, см. ниже)
--article uk-rf:105 показать статьи целиком (несколько через пробел)

Шаг 1 — сформулировать запросы
Ищет смысловой поиск, а не подстрока. Пиши запрос так, как спросил бы человек («что грозит за неуплату алиментов»), а не ключевыми словами («алименты 157»).
