What is fix-github-issue?

An end-to-end workflow for implementing a GitHub issue, which is a tracked bug, request, or piece of work.

It is for creating a branch, fixing or implementing an issue, running tests and linters, reviewing the changes, pushing the branch, opening a pull request, and updating the issue.

It organizes the work from code changes through testing and review, then connects the finished change back to the issue through a pull request and comment.
