2. 扫描标记
按出现顺序编号所有标记。无标记时提示用户加标记后重新触发。
3. 逐个处理
每个标记:
- 用 SSoT(在心里生成随机字符串 ≥20 字符,分 3 段)驱动 3 个候选版本,3 个候选必须走不同策略
