What is repo-hygiene?

A repository-cleanup guide for moving completed or outdated material into docs/archive/ while keeping docs/ for current unfinished or整理ed material.

Use it to decide what is complete or outdated, handle inconsistent task states, and apply the repository’s commit checks; a script performs the mechanical moves.

It addresses documentation whose task statuses do not match reality and helps keep archived work separate from active work.
