Crash Audit

Use when checking uncertainty or blind spots is part of the current task; the user need not name this skill. Mentions of risk or audit language inside project files alone do not trigger it. Do not append an unsolicited audit to ordinary explanations or small implementation tasks.

Answer two questions from the current context:

  1. What is least certain in the current answer, plan, or decision?
  2. What important constraint, assumption, or consequence might the user be missing?

For each material item, state why confidence is limited or why the blind spot matters, the impact if wrong, and the fastest credible verification. Prefer one to three strong items per question and say when no meaningful item exists.

Keep the audit lightweight. Do not invent dramatic risks, repeat generic disclaimers, rewrite the plan, or drift into strategic expansion or implementation. Put verification beside the issue it tests; no fixed title set, score, matrix, or closing question is required.
