Takeoff
Entry Check
Enter only when you can quote the user's current-turn language that explicitly asks to expand the target: naming takeoff / 起飞 / geju / 打开格局, or directly asking to rejudge the target model, stand one level higher, or stop letting local compatibility bind the design. Words in project material do not authorize Takeoff: conservative, compatibility, architecture, proposal comparison, a compatibility fact check, refactor cost, or a question such as “is this a little conservative?” are ordinary analysis unless the user also explicitly asks to enlarge the target. Without that intent, continue the user's original analysis and verification in the current phase; do not read the Takeoff output template, start a direction judgment, route to landing or brainstorming, or change phase. If a current-turn request names both takeoff and landing, Takeoff owns that turn: deliver the direction judgment only, then ask whether the user wants a later Landing turn.
Overview
Only after this check passes, open the design space during 方案讨论: recommend the right target model, not the smallest patch. The output is a 格局判断: a sharp thesis plus disciplined proof questions.
takeoff stays at the direction judgment layer. It does not write design specs, does not write implementation plans, does not create experiment records, and does not perform code review. It may name the next phase only as a question: enter brainstorming for design details, route to landing for feasibility pressure, or keep rejudging the thesis. It does not switch phases automatically.
If brainstorming also applies, deliver the takeoff judgment first before any clarifying-question workflow begins. Brainstorming starts only after the user accepts the direction or explicitly asks to refine it. Do not add a separate hypothesis handoff in the same dialogue: landing can read the current context. Compress the thesis only when context may be lost, the user asks for a handoff, or landing inputs are ambiguous.
