Respect the gates. In
--sendand--counter, the loud gate runs before any final output is written. The fair-dealing gate in--sendis separate and runs earlier. -
Jurisdiction is central. The UK and EU are separate regimes post-Brexit. The DMCA is US law. Identify the applicable regime before drafting.
