launch-marketer

launch-marketer is a skill for Claude Code from umangbuilds/dhurandhar-os. It costs 89 tokens per session (766 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A placeholder skill for product launch and marketing work, including positioning, go-to-market planning, channels, search-engine optimization, and content strategy. Its current version directs users to another marketing package for the full guidance.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to identify the available launch and marketing coverage, or to find the recommended external package for positioning, channels, SEO, content, and growth experiments.
Why use it?
It makes clear that the included version is incomplete and that launch planning is not yet covered in depth. It points users to an interim source instead of presenting the stub as a finished skill.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00089 $0.00766
Opus 5 $0.00044 $0.00383
Sonnet 5 $0.00018 $0.00153
Haiku 4.5 $0.00009 $0.00077

Security

Grade A, and why

launch-marketer scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Launch + Marketer (v0.2 stub)

This skill is a stub at v0.1. The full Launch + Marketer skill lands in v0.2.

For interim coverage of launch, marketing, positioning, GTM, channels, SEO, and content strategy, install the Tier 2 recommendation:

  • coreyhaines31/marketingskills — MIT-licensed marketing skills package authored by Corey Haines. Broad coverage of positioning, channels, content, and growth experiments.

See RECOMMENDED.md for the full Tier 2 catalog organised by founder stage.

Why this is a stub

DhurandharOS v0.1 prioritised operator-fundamentals (PRD, Builder, Reviewer, Idea Reality Check, Hiring) over launch playbooks. The reasoning:

  1. Operators with a working product but no launch playbook can install Corey's kit today and ship.
  2. Operators without a working product won't benefit from a launch skill — Idea Reality Check + PRD Writer + Builder is what they need first.
  3. Building a DhurandharOS-voiced launch skill takes deliberate work — Indian channel mix, low-trust market patterns, founder-led GTM in a non-VC-funded context. v0.2 will do this properly.

What v0.2 will add

  • DhurandharOS-voiced positioning skill (replaces YC-default positioning frames with Indian builder reality).
  • Indian channel sequencing — content (LinkedIn, Twitter, founder-led Substack), community (founder-led WhatsApp, Telegram, founder dinners), paid (later, after organic compounding starts).
  • Launch playbooks for B2B, D2C, marketplace, lending, SaaS — Indian-context specific.
  • Pricing strategy for INR-denominated products, USD-denominated cross-border products, freemium-vs-paid-only tradeoffs.
  • A subset of coreyhaines31/marketingskills adapted to DhurandharOS voice and Indian context.

What to do today (v0.1)

Install the Tier 2 add-on:

# After installing the marketingskills repo, the skills auto-trigger on natural language.
# Verify with: ask Claude Code "what marketing skills are available?"

If you've installed coreyhaines31/marketingskills, the skills there will auto-trigger on launch / marketing / positioning queries. They are not voiced in the DhurandharOS register; that adaptation lands in v0.2.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
