Init Flags

  • --path <dir> — target directory (default: .)
  • --skip-existing — preserve all existing agent kit files (old behavior)
  • --force — deprecated no-op; accepted but ignored

By default init smart-syncs the agent kit: missing files are created, byte-identical files are skipped, and drifted files are updated to the embedded (canonical) content. cells.json and DCP config handling are unchanged.
