Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

What it costs to keep this loaded
Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00048 | $0.01551 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00024 | $0.00776 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00010 | $0.00310 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00005 | $0.00155 |
Grade A, and why
faq-document-writer scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 98 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
FAQ Document Writer
What This Skill Does
Writes a journalist-facing FAQ document for a crisis or complex issue, anticipating the questions journalists are most likely to ask and providing approved, consistent answers that spokespeople and press officers can use verbatim or as a guide.
When To Use This Skill
- You have issued a crisis or holding statement and need supporting material for incoming media calls
- You are preparing spokespeople for a press conference or media round and want to standardise the answers
- The story is complex (regulatory, technical, or legal) and you need everyone speaking from the same document
- You need an internal Q&A that doubles as a public-facing document with minimal editing
What You Need To Provide
Required: A summary of the incident or issue (what happened, what is confirmed, what is under investigation); the organisation's name and sector; what the most likely journalist questions are, or a brief description of what the media have already asked; what is approved to say and what is not.
Optional: A holding statement or earlier press release for consistency reference; the target channel (internal use only / media-facing / public website); whether unanswerable questions should be flagged rather than answered; a list of specific questions to address; the spokesperson's name and title.
How the Assistant Approaches This
- Reviews the facts provided and identifies the five to ten questions a journalist covering this story would ask first — ordered by likely urgency, not organisational convenience.
- Writes each question in the direct, blunt register journalists use ("Did you know about this before it happened?" not "Can you describe your prior awareness of the issue?").
- Writes answers that are factual, specific, and consistent with any prior public statements — not evasive, but also not beyond what has been confirmed.
- Flags questions where the honest answer is "we don't know yet" or "we cannot comment on that" — gives language for these rather than leaving them blank or inventing an answer.
- Groups questions thematically if there are more than six, to make the document navigable.
What ships with it
1 file beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
