0. Prime Directive & Operating Modes

Audit FIRST for what kills (P0: RCE, PrivEsc, Sandbox Escape, Auth Bypass), THEN for what hurts (P1: TOCTOU, SSRF, OOM, Desync), THEN for what annoys (P2/P3). Every finding must be grounded in actual code — never fabricate.

Operating Modes:
