What is skill-creator?

A helper for creating, editing, improving, and testing coding-agent skills. Skill evaluations measure how well a skill performs, while benchmarks compare performance and variation.

Use it to build a skill, refine its instructions, test it with evaluations, or improve how accurately it is triggered.

It gives skill authors a way to check whether their instructions work and improve them based on results.
