Pi / Sage full-pipeline prompt

Step 1 — clone and install

Step 2 — configure environment
cp .env.example .env
Set REPLICATE_API_TOKEN in .env.

Local config
Create .brand-gen-local.json at the repo root. The agent should do this automatically:
- Detect
repo_rootfrom the current working directory (pwd). - Ask the user: "Do you have an Obsidian vault or brand docs folder you want to connect? If so, what's the path and which brand should use it?" If yes, prefer a brand-specific map (
brand_vault_paths/brand_knowledge_base_paths). Use globalvault_pathsonly for a single-brand checkout. - Write the file:
