Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00137 $0.02164
Opus 5.5 $0.00055 $0.00866
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00027 $0.00433
Haiku 4.5 $0.00014 $0.00216

Security

Grade A, and why

visa-acceptance-best-practices scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 26d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

How it starts

The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 152 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

Resuming an integration — check this FIRST, on every invocation

A device integration in progress records its state in project-plan.md at the Gradle root. That file is the source of truth, not the conversation — it survives a context compaction, a new session, and a different agent. Anything you believe about the integration that is not in the plan is unreliable.

Before answering anything else, look for it (walk upward — the plan sits at the Gradle root, which may be above the current directory):

d=$PWD; while [ "$d" != "/" ]; do
  [ -f "$d/project-plan.md" ] && { echo "RESUMING: $d/project-plan.md"; break; }
  d=$(dirname "$d")
done

If a project-plan.md exists and contains a # Progress Tracker section, you are resuming, not starting. Read it in full, then follow the re-entry protocol in that product's workflow.md before touching code. Do not re-ask configuration questions and do not route from the table below — the plan already records the product, the paths and every answer the developer gave.

This applies however the request is phrased. "Continue", "carry on", "keep going", "fix X", or a bare follow-up after a compaction all mean resume. A short request is not a small one: after a compaction it is the only signal left, and the plan is the only place the remaining work is written down.

If no project-plan.md exists, this is a fresh start — continue to the routing below.

Asking Questions

Whenever this skill or its referenced activity files call for asking the developer a question, use the interactive question-asking tool of the harness you are running in (for example, Claude Code's AskUserQuestion) if one is available, instead of asking in plain text.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
