Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00034 $0.01209
Opus 5 $0.00017 $0.00605
Sonnet 5 $0.00007 $0.00242
Haiku 4.5 $0.00003 $0.00121

Measured 7d ago against content hash 9c83a9b62840, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

app-store-toolkit:list scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 7d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

How it starts

The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 120 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

/app-store-toolkit:list

You are listing metadata from the local app-store-toolkit store.

Parse Arguments

Parse $ARGUMENTS to determine what to list. The first word is the type:

  • metadata — Show all fields for a locale with latest content and character counts
  • description — Show full description text
  • changelog or release_notes — List release note versions
  • iap — List IAP products with display names and descriptions
  • locales — Show configured locales with completion status
  • assets — Show a summary of screenshots and previews across all locales and devices
  • history <field> — Show full iteration history for a specific field
  • listing — show the contents of .appstore/listing.json (categories, age rating, pricing, availability, encryption)
  • privacy — show .appstore/privacy.json (App Privacy responses)
  • review — show .appstore/review.json (App Review information)
  • history pushes — show recent entries from .appstore/history/pushes.jsonl
  • history audits — show recent entries from .appstore/history/audits.jsonl
  • history submissions — show recent entries from .appstore/history/submissions.jsonl

If no type is given, default to metadata.

Additional arguments may include a locale (e.g., ja) or platform (e.g., ios).

Execution

For metadata:

Call store_list with type: "metadata" and the appropriate locale/platform.

Present results as a formatted table:

Field | Content (preview) | Chars | Limit
─────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
name | My Amazing App | 14/30 | OK
subtitle | Do cool things faster | 21/30 | OK
keywords | productivity,tasks,organize,plan... | 87/100 | OK
description | The best app for managing your... | 2341/4000 | OK
promotional_text | Now with dark mode support! | 30/170 | OK

For description:

Call store_read_metadata with field: "description" and show the full latest content. Include character count at the bottom.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
