Vizra ADK Workflows

Vizra ADK Workflows is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from vizra-ai/vizra-adk. It costs 24 tokens per session (2,043 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A workflow system for Vizra ADK agents, the PHP toolkit described here. It lets agents run in sequence, in parallel, conditionally, or repeatedly in a loop, with results passed between steps.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to build pipelines such as fetching data, analysing it, and writing a report; run independent agents together; branch on results; or repeat work over data until a condition is met.
Why use it?
It organizes multi-step agent tasks so dependent work happens in order while independent work can run separately and decisions can change the next step.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00024 $0.02043
Opus 5 $0.00012 $0.01022
Sonnet 5 $0.00005 $0.00409
Haiku 4.5 $0.00002 $0.00204

Security

Grade A, and why

Vizra ADK Workflows scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Vizra ADK Workflow Patterns

Workflows orchestrate multiple agents to accomplish complex tasks. Vizra ADK supports sequential, parallel, conditional, and loop workflows.

Workflow Types

Workflow Use Case
Sequential Steps that must execute in order
Parallel Independent tasks that can run simultaneously
Conditional Branching based on conditions or results
Loop Iterating over data or repeating until condition met

Sequential Workflow

Execute agents in order, passing results between steps:

use Vizra\VizraADK\Workflows\SequentialWorkflow;

$workflow = SequentialWorkflow::create()
    ->addStep('research', ResearchAgent::class)
    ->addStep('analyze', AnalysisAgent::class)
    ->addStep('report', ReportGeneratorAgent::class);

$result = $workflow->run([
    'topic' => 'Market trends in AI',
    'depth' => 'comprehensive'
]);

Passing Data Between Steps

$workflow = SequentialWorkflow::create()
    ->addStep('fetch', DataFetcherAgent::class)
    ->addStep('transform', function ($previousResult, $context) {
        // Transform data from previous step
        return TransformAgent::run($previousResult['data'])
            ->withParameters(['format' => 'json'])
            ->go();
    })
    ->addStep('store', DataStorageAgent::class);

Parallel Workflow

Run multiple agents simultaneously for independent tasks:

use Vizra\VizraADK\Workflows\ParallelWorkflow;

$workflow = ParallelWorkflow::create()
    ->addTask('sentiment', SentimentAnalysisAgent::class)
    ->addTask('keywords', KeywordExtractionAgent::class)
    ->addTask('summary', SummarizationAgent::class);

$results = $workflow->run([
    'text' => $documentText
]);

// Results contain output from all agents
// $results['sentiment'], $results['keywords'], $results['summary']

With Timeout

$workflow = ParallelWorkflow::create()
    ->addTask('fast', FastAgent::class)
    ->addTask('slow', SlowAgent::class)
    ->timeout(30); // 30 second timeout

$results = $workflow->run($input);

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
