Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00052 | $0.04151 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00021 | $0.01660 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00010 | $0.00830 |

Grade A, and why
vornui-craft scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 282 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
vornui craft
vornui (packages/core/crates/vornui) draws basic components: quads, text,
icons, focus, hover, menus. vorn-components composes them (planned; it is not
in the tree yet). vorn-app builds the screens. This skill says what right
looks and feels like there, in numbers.
Order of authority, highest first:
- Vorn's brand rules (below). They override everything else.
- Today's UX. The native app ports the current look faithfully. Propose changes one at a time; never redesign a surface as a side effect.
- Apple's design guidance (HIG motion, materials, typography; the WWDC sessions on fluid interfaces and springs). It is the only aesthetic reference. Where it and the brand disagree (blur, glass, large radii), the brand wins.
Exact sources, quotes and file:line pointers are in references.md. Do/don't
pairs are in examples/.
Brand rules (non-negotiable)
- No gradients as fills. Sole exception: the Bronzo data-flow pulse on workflow node edges.
- No shadows on interactive controls: buttons, pills, inputs, cards, tabs, rows. Shadows belong only to surfaces that float (see Materials).
- No blur, glass or frosted surfaces. No backdrop blur at any radius.
- Radius ≤ 4 px for anything new (
theme::radius::SM, or 0). Ported surfaces keep the radius they have today (MD6,LG8) until a brand pass changes them; never addXLorFULLexcept for status dots and the scrollbar thumb. - Colour 80/15/5: 80% surface (base, panel, sunken, overlay) and ink;
15% secondary ink and grays; at most 5% Bronzo. Every colour comes from
theme::color. No new hex. - Colour means status, never chrome. Buttons are neutral: gray icon,
white on hover,
white/0.06fill on hover, a tooltip naming the action and its shortcut. One filled primary button per surface at most, neutral fill. Destructive actions live in the…menu: red icon and text, neutral row. - Keep the marks that make things recognisable (workflow icons, connector and step glyphs) when you calm a surface; strip chips, pills and tinted text.
- No patterns, textures or noise. Dark mode is primary.
- 8 px grid: spacing in multiples of 8, 4 for micro-adjustments. Ported Tailwind values (6, 10, 12) stay until the surface is revisited. Golden ratio (1 : 1.618) for major layout divisions.
What ships with it
6 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

vornui-craft is a skill published in the GitHub repository vorn-run/vorn (25 stars, last pushed today), licensed MIT. It adds 52 tokens to every session and 4,151 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-13.
