qrspi-pipeline

qrspi-pipeline is a skill for Claude Code from Vvlladd/qrspi-orchestrator. It costs 77 tokens per session (1,184 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A multi-agent workflow for developing software in stages, with a person approving the work at checkpoints. It covers questions, research, design, planning, implementation, and pull-request creation; a pull request is a proposed set of code changes for review and merging.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to plan and implement a feature with requirements clarification, parallel codebase research, design debate, task planning, implementation reviews, and pull-request preparation. It can also resume an interrupted pipeline and report its status.
Why use it?
It separates feature work into clear phases and uses different agents for investigation, design, security review, coding, and checking the result. Human approvals help prevent later phases from starting before earlier decisions are accepted.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00077 $0.01184
Opus 5 $0.00039 $0.00592
Sonnet 5 $0.00015 $0.00237
Haiku 4.5 $0.00008 $0.00118

Security

Grade A, and why

qrspi-pipeline scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

QRSPI Pipeline Orchestration

The QRSPI pipeline is a multi-agent orchestration system for software development with human-in-the-loop checkpoints at every phase.

Quick Start

Run /qrspi <feature description> to start the full pipeline. Run /qrspi-status to check progress. Run /qrspi-resume to continue after a session break.

Pipeline Phases

Phase Agent(s) Execution Human Gate
Q - Questions clarifier Subagent (single) Approve requirements
R - Research explorer x2-3 Agent Team (parallel) Approve exploration report
S - Structure/Design architect + critic + security-reviewer Agent Team (parallel debate) Approve design document
P - Plan planner Subagent (single) Approve task breakdown
I - Implement builder + reviewer Agent Team (pipelined) Approve each task review
PR - Pull Request pr-creator Subagent (single) Approve and merge PR

Agent Team Phases (Detail)

Research Team (Phase R)

Spawn 2-3 explorer teammates, each assigned a different area of the codebase. They explore in parallel and share findings. The lead synthesizes into a single exploration report.

Example spawn prompt:

Create an agent team for QRSPI Research phase. Spawn explorer teammates:
- Explorer 1: investigate the core auth module at src/auth/
- Explorer 2: investigate API layer and middleware at src/api/
- Explorer 3: investigate existing tests and CI config at tests/ and .github/
Have them share findings. Synthesize into reports/02-exploration.md.

Design Team (Phase S)

Spawn 3 teammates with different agent types. The architect proposes, the critic challenges, and the security reviewer audits. Require plan approval for the architect.

Example spawn prompt:

Create an agent team for QRSPI Design phase. Spawn teammates:
- Use the architect agent type to design the solution. Require plan approval.
- Use the critic agent type to challenge every design decision.
- Use the security-reviewer agent type to audit for vulnerabilities.
Have them debate and converge on a design. Write final to reports/03-design.md.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

qrspi-pipeline is a skill published in the GitHub repository Vvlladd/qrspi-orchestrator (6 stars, last pushed 12d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 77 tokens to every session and 1,184 once invoked, about $0.0004 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
