pokewallet-card-analysis

pokewallet-card-analysis is a skill for Codex from w3bKodr/pokewallet-mcp. It costs 152 tokens per session (664 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A tool for identifying the exact printed version of a Pokémon trading card from an attached image and reporting supported marketplace versions through PokéWallet.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to identify a card from a photo or other attached image and investigate its supported marketplace variants or value.
Why use it?
Different printings of the same card can have different values, so identifying the exact version matters.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00152 $0.00664
Opus 5 $0.00076 $0.00332
Sonnet 5 $0.00030 $0.00133
Haiku 4.5 $0.00015 $0.00066

Security

Grade A, and why

pokewallet-card-analysis scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

PokéWallet Card Analysis

Route card-photo questions through PokéWallet's evidence pipeline instead of answering from model memory, generic vision, or web pricing.

Workflow

  1. Do not call a generic vision, OCR, browser, or web-search tool, including in parallel. PokéWallet performs the required image analysis itself. Discover the PokéWallet MCP image tool first. If the harness defers tools, call its tool-search/discovery facility with PokéWallet analyze Pokémon card attached image exact printing value. Select the result whose canonical name or client-prefixed suffix is analyze_pokemon_card. Tool prefixes vary by harness; do not require a particular prefix.
  2. Pass the actual attachment using the representation the harness exposes:
    • Use image_path for a real local file path.
    • Use image_base64 when the harness exposes image bytes.
    • Never invent a path or pretend the server can see an attachment that was not passed to it.
  3. Include the user's wording in user_request when that argument is available. Let the tool handle orientation, perspective, screenshots, exact-printing resolution, variant evidence, and marketplace matching.
  4. If the high-level tool is unavailable, fall back to the tool whose suffix is identify_card_from_image and apply the same response rules.
  5. If the harness exposes neither a path nor image bytes, state that the attachment is not tool-addressable and request an accessible local path or base64 payload. Do not guess the card.

Do not use generic vision output as the identification result, even if the harness automatically analyzed the attachment before loading this skill. Never use web search for valuation before PokéWallet returns.

Response rules

  • Treat the tool result as authoritative for the exact printing and supported market rows.
  • Preserve status, confidence, alternatives, uncertainties, visible evidence, and data-quality warnings.
  • Obey answer_policy. Do not add remembered or web-derived prices, grading estimates, authentication claims, or sold-listing ranges.
  • Keep currencies and marketplace variants separate. Never silently substitute regular, holofoil, reverse-holofoil, Poké Ball, Master Ball, stamped, promo, or edition rows.
  • If the result is ambiguous or not found, say so and request the specific extra view or visible detail indicated by the result.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
