setup

setup is a skill for Claude Code from WALKERKILLER/Look-Tongji-Notes. It costs 38 tokens per session (487 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A setup command for Tongji Look Notes, a workspace for turning Tongji lecture videos into course notes. It prepares the required software, credentials, visual-analysis settings, and course-wiki location.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it for first-time configuration, changing or moving the course knowledge-base folder, and checking tools such as Python, Node.js, ffmpeg, and XeLaTeX.
Why use it?
It prevents transcription work from failing because dependencies, credentials, or storage settings are missing. It also helps check whether the computer is ready for video, audio, and slide processing.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00038 $0.00487
Opus 5 $0.00019 $0.00244
Sonnet 5 $0.00008 $0.00097
Haiku 4.5 $0.00004 $0.00049

Measured 6d ago against content hash 048bd04076d0, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-06, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

setup scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 6d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Setup

Configure credentials, dependencies, and workspace for Look Tongji Notes.

When to Use

  • User says /setup or asks to configure the skill.
  • First-time setup before transcribing lectures.
  • User wants to change or migrate the course knowledge-base path.

Workflow

  1. Run setup:
python "<SKILL_DIR>/../../scripts/look_tongji.py" setup
  1. Non-interactive workspace options:
python "<SKILL_DIR>/../../scripts/look_tongji.py" setup \
  --workspace-root "<COURSE_WIKI_ROOT>" \
  --owner-name "<OWNER_NAME>" \
  --site-name "<OWNER_NAME>的课程知识库"
  1. The CLI checks: Python deps (requests, playwright, python-dotenv, markdown, markitdown), ffmpeg, Node.js, vision-support config, and optionally XeLaTeX.

  2. Vision Support setup: If vision-support/config.json does not exist, the CLI prints the init command. The embedded vision-support is at <SKILL_DIR>/../../vision-support/. Help the user configure a vision provider (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, deepseek, dashscope, zhipuai, ollama, or custom).

  3. Verify vision-support: After configuration, test with:

    node "<SKILL_DIR>/../../vision-support/scripts/vision.mjs" "<SKILL_DIR>/../../komari.jpg"

The agent should correctly identify image content (should mention "red-haired girl" or equivalent).

  4. Never ask for passwords in chat. Use interactive terminal input or environment variables.

Where <SKILL_DIR> Points

<SKILL_DIR> is the directory containing this SKILL.md. Shared scripts (look_tongji.py, timeline_tools.py, tongji_backend/) and references live two levels up in the repository root (<SKILL_DIR>/../../scripts/ and <SKILL_DIR>/../../references/).

Files

What ships with it

1 file beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
