Mechanical BM25; LLM-touching paths require explicit--semanticopt-in./context bundle(P5, not yet implemented) — task-driven curated bundle: by-zone hits, freshness verdicts, source-of-truth conflicts, missing perspectives. LLM-touching paths require explicit--resolve-conflicts/--verify-coverageopt-in.
