.agents/skills/docs-en-improvement/SKILL.md

docs-en-improvement is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from web-infra-dev/rsdoctor. It costs 42 tokens per session (266 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A writing guide for improving English documentation in the Rsdoctor project. It rewrites unclear or unnatural sentences while keeping the original technical meaning and checking the corresponding Chinese documentation when needed.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it when editing English Markdown or MDX documentation under `packages/document/docs/en`. It helps polish wording, keep terminology consistent, and preview the documentation locally.
Why use it?
It helps readers understand translated documentation without accidentally changing its instructions or technical details.

About the project

Rsdoctor is a build analyzer for Rspack projects that shows how compilation works, what it produces, and where build problems occur. Development teams use it to inspect build artifacts and timing, check build rules, and add custom scans. The catalogue add-ons provide ways to work with Rsdoctor.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00042 $0.00266
Opus 5 $0.00021 $0.00133
Sonnet 5 $0.00008 $0.00053
Haiku 4.5 $0.00004 $0.00027

Security

Grade A, and why

docs-en-improvement scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 4d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Docs en improvement

Rsdoctor documentation is built with Rspress and lives in packages/document/. Content is written in Markdown / MDX.

Steps

  1. Focus on files in packages/document/docs/en.

  2. Rewrite only sentences that clearly improve clarity, correctness, or naturalness in English.

  3. Preserve original meaning exactly; do not introduce new claims or remove technical details.

  4. If a file in packages/document/docs/en is updated, check the mirrored file in packages/document/docs/zh and apply equivalent updates when needed.

  5. Preview changes locally with cd packages/document && pnpm dev.

Constraints

  • Limit each PR to 10 documentation files or fewer.
  • Start PR titles with docs:.
  • Keep reasonable technical abbreviations (for example, dev server).
  • Keep wording simple and readable for non-native English readers.
  • Use sentence case for Markdown headings.
  • Rsdoctor-specific terms should stay consistent: Rsdoctor (capital R), Rspack, webpack (lowercase w), Rsbuild.
Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
