ngx-lift-workspace: Skill for Cursor

.cursor/skills/pr-create/SKILL.md

pr-create is a skill for Cursor from wghglory/ngx-lift-workspace. It costs 71 tokens per session (404 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A workflow for creating a GitHub pull request from the current branch. It runs a local review, prepares a title and description from the commits and repository template, then pushes the branch and submits the pull request with GitHub's command-line tool.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to review a branch, prepare a conventional pull-request title and body, push the commits, and open the pull request against a chosen base branch.
Why use it?
It brings review, pull-request writing, and submission into one documented sequence. It pauses when major review problems remain or when user confirmation is needed for the drafted text.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00071 $0.00404
Opus 5.5 $0.00028 $0.00162
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00014 $0.00081
Haiku 4.5 $0.00007 $0.00040

Measured 16d ago against content hash 3c589562a35e, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-10-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

pr-create scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 16d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Create High-Quality PR

Orchestrates the complete PR creation pipeline: local review → draft body → submit via gh.

Parameter

  • base-branch (optional): PR target branch (defaults to repository default, usually main). Derive default via:
gh repo view --json defaultBranchRef -q .defaultBranchRef.name

Phase 1 — Sync & Local Review

  1. Fetch upstream and verify branch status:
    git fetch origin

  2. Activate pr-review skill with diff-target = origin/<base-branch>...HEAD.
  3. If major blocking issues exist, pause and ask the developer to address them via pr-address-comments. Proceed once all major issues are cleared.

Phase 2 — Draft PR Title & Body

  1. Activate pr-prepare skill to generate the PR title and markdown body adhering to .github/PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.md.
  2. Present the drafted PR title and body to the user for confirmation.

Phase 3 — Submit via GitHub CLI

  1. Ensure changes are committed and the branch is pushed to origin:
    git push -u origin HEAD

  2. Create PR with gh:
gh pr create --base <base-branch> --title "<pr-title>" --body "<pr-body>"

  3. Output the generated PR URL to the user.
Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
