What is minimalist-ui?

A design style for clean editorial user interfaces using warm monochrome colours, strong differences between type sizes, flat bento-style grids and muted pastels. It avoids gradients and heavy shadows.

Use it when designing web pages or app screens that need an editorial layout, typographic contrast, flat content grids and a soft, limited colour palette.

It gives an interface a restrained visual direction without relying on decorative effects. A bento grid arranges content in a set of tile-like panels of different sizes.
